This website and related services are provided subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below. Please read the following information carefully. Your continued use of this site, and placement of an order for products or services will indicate your intention to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions, promptly exit this site and refrain from placing an order.

The terms and conditions set forth are subject to change by Beyond Ordinary Business without prior written notice at any time, in their sole discretion. The latest version of the terms and conditions will be posted on this site. You should review these terms and conditions, along with the Privacy Policy, prior to purchasing any product or services, available through this site.

1. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify Beyond Ordinary Business’ acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of Beyond Ordinary Business’ offer to sell. Beyond Ordinary Business reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged and your is canceled, you will receive a refund credit to your account.

Once an order has been placed for a Beyond Ordinary Business course, it can only be canceled within thirty (30) days of purchase. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made after this time period. In addition, no refunds will be granted for live workshops and/or digital products purchased. Similarly, deposits paid to secure coaching services, program registrations, and all payments for one-off sessions are non-refundable. Sessions will be forfeited unless you reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.

2. Payment Terms and Sales Taxes

Terms of payment are within Beyond Ordinary Business’ sole discretion and, unless otherwise agreed to in writing, payment must be received by Beyond Ordinary Business prior to acceptance of an order.

Beyond Ordinary Business accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express for all purchases. You represent and warrant that: (i) the credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete; (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company; and (iii) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including all applicable taxes, if any.

Purchase orders from businesses may be accepted upon approval of credit and payable on net 30-day terms or such other terms as Beyond Ordinary Business may approve or require.

Current billing address and phone information must be included with every order. You agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at the highest rate allowed by law. Beyond Ordinary Business retains a security interest in the products, materials and all proceeds thereof, until the full purchase price (including taxes and additional charges) has been paid.

Any charges for shipping and handling will be made in accordance with the then-current shipping policies, as described below.

3. Changes in Products and Pricing

Beyond Ordinary Business constantly updates and revises offerings of products and services and may discontinue products and services at any time without notice. To the extent that information on availability of products or services is provided, you should not rely on such information. Beyond Ordinary Business will not be liable for any lack of available products or services that may be available for order through this site.

All pricing for the products and services available on this site is subject to change. For all prices and products, Beyond Ordinary Business reserve the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements, and other extenuating circumstances.

4. Return Policy

While Beyond Ordinary Business does not offer any warranties with respect to the products and services available through this site, Beyond Ordinary Business is committed to working with you to ensure that every product under warranty performs to the manufacturer’s specifications and offers a 30-day cancellation policy on selected items. Some products and services available through this site are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. If applicable, manufacturer’s warranties apply from the date of shipment.

It is your responsibility to take precautions to ensure that whatever you select for your use or download is free from such items as viruses, worms, trojan horses, and any other item that may be harmful or offensive in nature.

9. Advertising Disclaimer

In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from Beyond Ordinary Business’ suppliers, Beyond Ordinary Business shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products or services listed at the incorrect price. Beyond Ordinary Business shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Beyond Ordinary Business will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Although Beyond Ordinary Business attempts to ensure the integrity and accurateness of its site, services and products, it makes no guarantees whatsoever as to the correctness or accuracy of the site. It is possible that the site could include inaccuracies or errors, and that unauthorized additions, deletions and alterations could be made to the site by third parties. 13. Force Majeure

In addition to any excuse provided by applicable law, Beyond Ordinary Business shall be excused from liability for non-delivery or delay in delivery of products and service available through this site arising from any event beyond the reasonable control of Beyond Ordinary Business, whether or not foreseeable by either party, including but not limited to, labor disturbance, war, fire, accident, adverse weather, inability to secure transportation, governmental act or regulation, and other causes or events beyond the reasonable control of Beyond Ordinary Business, whether or not they are similar to those which are enumerated above.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are entered into in the State of California and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, exclusive of its choice of law rules. Each party to these Terms and Conditions submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in the County of Santa Barbara in the State of California, and waives any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, shall be settled by arbitration, administered in accordance with the commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association, using an arbitrator agreed upon from a shortlist of three from each party, with said arbitrator required to have at least five years' experience in business dispute resolution.

Beyond Ordinary Business makes no representation that the products and services available through this site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside of the United States and accessing them from territories where such products and services are illegal is prohibited. You warrant that services or products ordered will be used for their ordinary lawful purpose, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

15. Miscellaneous

Any cause of action brought by you against Beyond Ordinary Business or an Affiliate, must be instituted within one year after the cause of action arises or be deemed forever waived and barred.

In any action to enforce these Terms and Conditions, the prevailing party will be entitled to costs and attorney’s fees. In the event that any of the Terms and Conditions are held by a court, arbitrator, or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, those provisions shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
